OPERATION THEATER TECHNICIAN
OT Technician Prepares and maintains an operating theatre and its equipment,
assists the surgical team during operations and provides support to patients in
the recovery room. Preparing the operating theatre and equipment required to
perform surgery. The vital duties of operating room technicians place them in
the operating room before, during and after the surgeons' and nurses'
participation. These important responsibilities, among others, directly contribute
to the success of surgical operations. OT Technician program is affiliated with
Sindh board of technical education
Students enrolled in institution for 1years (12 month)
Admission Criteria:
The Applicant must meet one of the following academic levels:
- Metric with Science 45% minimum
- Metric with Arts 50% minimum (for remote area)

Pakistani
Age:
Applicant up to the age of 30 years will be considered, further relaxation up to five years could be obtained from respective institute/Board. In exceptional cases for further relaxation of age SBTE approval can be taken.

Both Male & female
Marital Status:
Unmarried or married both females are allowed
Physical Fitness:
A medical fitness certificate is required by concerned civil physician/designated physician for all applicants.
